I discovered the Bluebird Hydrangea a week before Mother’s Day. My daughter in law lost her Mom in December and it has been very hard on her. Her Mom’s “sign” is a bluebird and her favorite flower is a hydrangea. I knew the Bluebird Hydrangea would be the perfect remembrance. I explained this to Wilson Bros. and they shipped it out right away and we received it in Massachusetts in time. Can’t say enough about how great their customer service was. The plant was packaged very well and it was healthy.

I was extremely pleased with the condition of the shrub I ordered upon arrival. It was packaged in a secure way and shipped promptly. To say that it was lush in appearance when I received it would be an understatement. It is a gorgeous specimen. Although I suspect the price was somewhat higher than I might have paid in a garden center, it is a hard to find shrub and so for me. it was well worth the few extra dollars.—————————————We are so glad you are pleased and we hope you enjoy it for years to come! Arrived with excellent root development and in dormant condition as expected. It is planted and such a healthy plant should come to life again in the spring. When my hydrangea first arrived, I was a little concerned because we’ve had a heat wave and the plant was droopy for a few days after planting it. I have been re-landscaping and therefore have needed lots of plants. I have shopped both locally and nationally, trying out a wide range of businesses. Out of all of the businesses that shipped me bushes, Wilson Brothers is the best. Their plants are large, healthy, well-marked, and they provide good planting information. Bluebird Hydrangea is my personal favorite of the lacecaps. Always puts on a beautiful flower show in summer. Flower color will depend on soil pH.
